Stephen is survived by his wife, Julieta E Williams; daughter Christi Williams; daughter Patricia Kelly Williams; daughter Claudia De Lara; daughter Jaqueline De Lara; and son Jesus Leal; brother David, brother Walter, brother John and sister Karen; grandchild Miranda, grandchild Marcello, grandchild Paolo, grandchild Paulina, grandchild Wesley, grandchild Dakota, grandchild Parker, grandchild Balkis, grandchild Kiabeth and great great child Emiliano.

A visitation service for Stephen will be held Tuesday, May 11, 2021 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Crestview Funeral Home, 1462 North Zaragoza Rd., El Paso. A vigil service will occur Tuesday, May 11, 2021 at 6:00 PM, 1462 North Zaragoza Rd., El Paso. A funeral mass will occur Wednesday, May 12, 2021 at 11:30 AM at Saint Mark Catholic Church, 11700 Pebble Hills Blvd, El Paso. A graveside service will occur Wednesday, May 12, 2021 at 1:00 PM at Fort Bliss National Cemetery, 5200 Fred Wilson Ave, El Paso.
