Suky was born on September 1, 1931 in El Paso, TX and lived a full life. Suky and her husband Ramon Daniel "Paco" Vasquez were blessed with a loving marriage for 67 years.
They spent their golden years travelling with their Bowie Bears to Laughlin and Las Vegas, Nevada on long bus rides and chartered flights. She also had a green thumb, being able to mend any plant back to life. As Suky joins Paco into their eternal life, they will be dearly missed, by family and by everyone they cherished with love.
She was preceded in death by her forever beloved husband, her son Daniel Vasquez, her sister Elvira M. Tellez, her brother Edmundo Montes and her parents Felipe Z. and Maria Prieto Montes. She is survived by her two daughters, Norma Vasquez Soto (Hector Soto) and Rita Esther Vasquez. She is also survived by two grandchildren who she was lovingly known as “Mama Suky,” Arthur Daniel Vasquez Soto, PhD and Rebecca Annette Soto, PhD.

Especially a Blessed Thanks to the many medical professionals who cared for Mama Suky, especially Dr. Dionicio Alvarez and Dr. Sonia Alvarez
