It is with sadness that I read the passing away of Rosa. She always had a smile. She was a wonderful mother. I was very fortunate to know all her family. I loved her family. I met the family since elizabeth and Pifas were very young children. My sincere and warm condolences to the family.

My dearest Mrs. Silva has always held a special place in my heart with respect and admiration.  She was a remarkable women and my children were very fortunate to have her as their grandmother.  Mamo loved all her grandkids unconditionally, they were very lucky to have such a wonderful grandmother.  I can still remember the 1st day I met her, her laughs, and an extension of making you feel welcomed.   Her home was always full of love as she shared her pride and joy with wall hangings of her children.  A collector of pictures and memories shared throughout her life.  You could always count on Mrs. Silva capturing that special memory to be seen for years throughout the photo albums she kept dear to her heart.  I still remember my visits with open doors, food on the table and enjoying excellent company and conversation.  I loved her menudo but her mole was my favorite, she had one ingredient that many take a life time to capture and that special ingredient was “Love”.  Her home was always full of happiness and joy that her children gave her throughout the years.  Mrs. Silva my only regret is that I didn't share enough time with you but the times I did, I will cherish forever.  You were an extraordinary women and I was very lucky to have been part of your walk in life.  You will be missed but cherished for years to come.
