Rosa Maria Chacon

Rosa Maria was predeceased by her Father Lucano Lopez, her Mother Antonia Pereda de Lopez, her brother Hector Lopez, and her husband Fausto B. Chacon. She is survived by her children: Oscar M. Chacon (wife, Blanca), Antonieta C. Portillo (husband, Maurice), NormaJean Guerra (husband, Tony); and Roy Chacon (wife, Maggie); her sister Alejandra Victoria Alvarado; her grandchildren: Tanya Chacon, Oscar Chacon, Joemike Portillo, Denise N. Portillo, Mark Anthony Guerra, and Bianca Guerra; her great-grandchildren: Joemike R. Portillo, and Krystal Portillo; her great-great grandchildren: Erin Portillo, and Eleric Jay Martinez.

Rosa Maria Chacon, was born in Sinaloa de Leyva, Sinaloa, Mexico. She married Fausto B. Chacon and had four children. She was a resident and became a proud U.S. citizen in 1997. She worked with her daughter at Portillo’s Daycare for many years and helped take care of many children; she was known by “Abuelita/bita” to many of the children. She was loved immensely and will be greatly missed.
