Robert Neil Skinner, age 73 passed away on Thursday, June 8, 2023.

Robert is survived by their daughter Rosalie Mena; and their daughter Christina Skinner; their sister 1; their grandchildren 2 and their brothers 2.

A visitation for Robert will be held Thursday, June 22, 2023 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at Martin Funeral Home East, 1460 George Dieter Dr, El Paso, Texas 79936. A chapel service will occur Thursday, June 22, 2023 at 9:30 AM, 1460 George Dieter Dr, El Paso, Texas 79936. A graveside will occur Thursday, June 22, 2023 at 10:30 AM at Fort Bliss National Cemetery, 5200 Fred Wilson Ave, El Paso, TX 79906.
