What can I say about the best educator I have ever had. Mr. Roeder made me feel included when I felt left out in middle school. His teaching and his kindness made me feel that it was okay to be the nerdy kid. He never let me forget the 3-4-5 triangle rule, and I owe my achievement in any math classes because of his educational foundation.  Thank you Mr. Roeder for letting this 7th and 8th grader spend lunch time in your class room to hang out with all the other nerdy-ones. I will never forget you.

Our sincerest condolences to the Roeder family.  We worked with Robert for 25 years and admired his dedication to the students in SISD.  He made everyone who knew him whether student, parent or co-worker feel they were important.  He was very good at recognizing you whether at school or in the community and always made it a point of saying hello.
He will be missed.

My deepest condolences to the family 🙏🏻He was my neighbor for 15 years.  We often spoke about our time at SISD, he was a great man, coach and Math teacher.  He will be missed.

My deepest condolences to the family. Coach Roeder was a wonderful man. He pushed us hard and gave so much of his time to help us. I think of him often and I’m sad to hear of his passing.
