Robert Harlan Knight passed away in El Paso, TX on Monday, August 22, 2022. He is survived by his wife of 33 years, Amy H. Knight of El Paso, son Timothy Lollar (Jodi) of Roseburg, OR, son Bob H. Knight Jr. (Amanda) of Port Angeles, WA and four stepchildren. He was preceded in death by his father, Robert H. Knight, Sr. and mother, Lena Leniz Hunter, who affectionately called Bob, “McGee.” Bob was born in Winnemucca, NV on May 15, 1940. After serving in the Navy, he worked in the bartending and trucking industry, also owning his own trucking service. After retirement, he and Amy travelled the country and world. A viewing will be held at Martin Funeral Home-East, 1460 George Dieter Dr. in El Paso, Tuesday, September 6, 2022 from 9 a.m.-11 a.m., followed by a service at 11 a.m., then burial at Mt. Carmel Cemetery, 401 S. Zaragoza Rd., El Paso. A reception/celebration of life follows at Martin Funeral Home-East.
