Richard Padilla, age 60 passed away on Thursday February 14, 2019. A visitation for Richard will be held Thursday, February 21, 2019 from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm at Hillcrest Funeral Home, 1060 North Carolina Drive, El Paso, Texas and a vigil at 7:00 pm. A funeral mass will occur Friday, February 22, 2019 at 1:30 pm at Our Lady of the Valley Catholic Church, 8600 Winchester Road, El Paso, Texas and a cremation will occur at Hillcrest Crematory.
