Richard Lopez 26 of El Paso, TX passed instantly from this life on May 12, 2012. Richard is survived by his loving wife Amanda Barraza Lopez; his mother Magdalena Stockton; siblings Ruben and Christina Lopez; his maternal grandparents Efren and Rosa Moreno and many aunts uncles and cousins that will never forget him. Visitation celebrating his life will be held at Del Angel Martin Funeral Home at 3839 Montana Ave. El Paso on Thurs. May 17th 5-9 pm with a 7pm prayer service. Funeral Service will be held Friday, May 18, 2012 at 1pm at Martin Funeral Home Central. Internment Friday at Ft. Bliss National Cemetery. Richard proudly served two tours in Iraq for the Army with the 2nd battalion 27th infantry division. He will be deeply missed by his wife, family, and friends. He was in the process of completing a degree in electrical engineering. He will be remembered for his kindness, generosity, and sense of humor.
