Hello I am Fred Knapp
My wife Debora and I would like to offer our sincere condolences to Richard's family. It was a shock to learn of his passing. I am two and a half years younger than Richard. We shared a bedroom as siblings for many years growing up together. Whenever he was involved in some mischief, I was there to witness it. He was a senior in high school when I was a freshman, that meant he was my ride to town on Friday nights. After high school life lead us in different directions, but we always stayed in touch.  Again my sympathy for his loss.
