Richard Luis Becerra, 65 of El Paso, TX passed away on October 11, 2017. Richard retired from Western Refinery where he worked for over 20 years as a Maintenance Mechanic/Machinist. During his life Richard was a proud contributor of PBS and the Bel Air High School Pipeband Booster parent from 1992-1995. He singlehandedly raised 3 children; was an avid car enthusiast; was generous with his family and friends; was known for his humorous personality and was loved by many. Visitation: Thursday, Oct. 19th from 5 to 9pm with Prayer Service at 7pm at Martin Funeral Home Central. He is preceded in death by his parents Luis and Dolores Becerra, brother-in-law Rudy Garcia Sr. and nephew Rudy Garcia Jr. Survived by his children, Richard Luis Jr., Bobby and Yvonne Lisa Becerra, grandchildren Dimitrius, Dominick, Joshua, Luke, Rachel, Phoebe and Matthew; siblings Isabel, Terri, Louie, Tony, David, Alice, Judy and Mary Lou and many nieces and nephews.
