Ricardo “Chief” Soto, 74, passed away Thursday, May 31st, 2018. He was a longtime resident of El Paso, TX and a U.S. Navy veteran. Ricardo is survived by his loving wife of 52 years Cecilia Soto, children; Ricardo, Jr., Albert, Rose and Melinda Soto, 16 grandchildren, 6 brothers and 5 sisters. Visitation, Vigil and Funeral mass for Ricardo will be at St. Paul Catholic Church. Visitation: Tuesday, June 5th from 5:00pm- 9:00pm with Vigil at 7:00pm, Funeral mass: Wednesday, June 6th at 12:00pm with interment to follow in Fort Bliss National Cemetery. Services entrusted to Hillcrest Funeral Home-Carolina. (915)598-3332.
