El Paso – Ricardo (Richard) Beltran peacefully entered eternal life on October 3, 2023. He graduated from Jefferson High School and served two years in the US Army, 82nd Airborne Division in Fort Bragg, NC. Richard participated and volunteered as a member of Knights of Columbus and was a former parishioner of Our Lady of the Valley Church. He was an Insurance Agent for many years, first with National Life Insurance and retired as an agent from Farmers Insurance. Richard loved dancing and spending time with family. Though we mourn his passing, we find solace in knowing that Richard is now free from any pain and suffering. We extend our gratitude to the staff at the DaVita Loma Vista Dialysis Center, the VA Podiatry Clinic, and WBAMC Hospital for their devoted, loving, and compassionate care of Richard.
