Reyes is survived by his wife, Senaida Lujan Rodriguez; his sons Reyes Urbina Jr.,Ricardo Urbina and David Urbina; his daughters Bertha U Barrios and Monica U Mattingly; his brother Juan R. Urbina and his sister Juana R. Urbina. He leaves to cherish his memory 18 grandchildren, 33 great-grandchildren, extended family and friends.
Reyes was preceded in death by his parents Mariano Rodriguez and Teofila Urbina de Rodriguez and his daughter Rosa Linda Parra.
A visitation for Reyes will be held Wednesday, August 23, 2023 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Funeraria del Angel Restlawn, 8817 Dyer Street, El Paso, Texas 79904. A rosary will occur Wednesday, August 23, 2023 at 7:00 PM, 8817 Dyer Street, El Paso, Texas 79904. A funeral masa will occur Thursday, August 24, 2023 at 9:30 AM at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, 9025 Diana Dr, El Paso, Texas 79904. A graveside service will occur Thursday, August 24, 2023 at 10:30 AM at Fort Bliss National Cemetery, 5200 Fred Wilson Avenue, El Paso, Texas 79906.
