Ramon Martinez

Ramon Martinez, 94, passed away on Wednesday, September 20, 2017. Ramon is preceded in death by his son: Daniel Acosta. Ramon is survived by his wife: Guadalupe “Rosita” Martinez of 67 years of marriage; children: Josie Salazar (Tony), Jenny Villareal (Sammy), Mario Martinez (Mari), Carmen Esparza (Paul), Sukey Fierro (Ray), Cecy Marquez (Nacho), Rodolfo Martinez (Irma), Ruben Martinez & Lucia Guerrero (Tony); daughter-in-law: Carmen Acosta; 36 grandchildren, 32 great-grandchildren & 9 great-great-grandchildren. Our Dad was a very humble, loving, caring and giving person. He was one of the kindest persons you could ever meet. He opened his heart and his home to many. We were blessed to learn many valuable lessons during his 94 years of life. By trade he was an expert watch repairman. He was a parishioner of Little Flower Catholic Church. His passion was reading and watching sports on TV. A golden heart stopped beating, hardworking hands at rest, it broke our hearts to see you go, but we know your home with God our Lord in our hearts you will always be. Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 24, 2017 from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a Vigil at 7:00 p.m. at Little Flower Catholic Church. Funeral Mass will be held on Monday, September 25, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. at Little Flower Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Mount Carmel Cemetery.
