Rafaela L. Lopez, 89, passed away on Thursday, July 28, 2016 in El Paso, Texas. She was born on Sunday, October 24, 1926 in Mexico to Antonio Luevano y Gregoria Pedrosa. She is survived by her husband: Oscar Y. Lopez; sons: Oscar Lopez Jr., Hector Lopez & Ruben Lopez; daughters: Mary Lopez, Ida Tegmeyer & Nancy Powell; 10 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren Visitation will be from 5:00 to 9:00 pm on Monday, August 1, 2016 at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Church with a Vigil Service at 7:00 pm. Funeral Mass will be at 11:00 am on Tuesday, August 2, 2016 at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Mount Carmel Cemetery.
