Rafael is survived by his wife, Maria Soledad Urrutia; daughter Araceli Urrutia; son Rafael Urrutia Jr.; son Enrique Urrutia; daughter Arlene Luevano; and son Michael Estrada; sister Mary Lou Ritz.
Mr. Urrutia leaves behind 7 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren to cherish his memory.

A vigil will occur Monday, April 5, 2021 at 6:00 PM at Funeraria Del Angel Evergreen East Funeral Home & Cemetery, 12400 East Montana, El Paso, Texas 79938. A funeral mass will occur Tuesday, April 6, 2021 at 10:00 AM at Guardian Angel Church, 3021 Frutas Ave., El Paso, TX 79905. A graveside will occur Tuesday, April 6, 2021 at 11:30 AM at Funeraria Del Angel Evergreen East Funeral Home & Cemetery, 12400 East Montana, El Paso, Texas 79938.
