Pedro “Pete” Garcia was born in a ranch just outside of Aguascalientes Mexico. Pedro was raised in Juarez Mexico along with his 10 siblings. Pedro met his wife of 39 years Maria Del Carmen Garcia by chance at a party on her 18th birthday. Pedro moved his wife to what became their dream home in El Paso Texas. Pedro and Carmen had two children that they welcomed into their home to complete their family. Pedro was a loving and hardworking man that made sure his family always had what they needed. Pedro worked for Campos Roofing for many years where he made many friends. Pedro later ventured out and completed his “American Dream” by going into business for himself. Pedro successfully managed his roofing/construction company for many years even up to the day he sadly succumb to his illness. Pedro completed what many see as the “American Dream” where he had his wonderful family, dream home and his own successful business. Pedro will be remembered for his unchallenged work ethic, kind/generous heart and most important the love he had for his family.
He is survived by his widow Maria Del Carmen Garcia, daughter Jazmin Garcia Gardea, son Pedro Garcia Jr., grandchildren Samantha Gardea, Richard Gardea Jr., Pedro Luis Gardea, son in law Richard Gardea and daughter in law Clarisia Garcia-Payan. Beloved siblings: Elvira Sifuentes, Rita Garcia, Marisela Garcia, Simon Garcia, Dolores Garcia, Marina Garcia, Nora Garcia, Victor Garcia, Ana Ines Garcia.
A visitation for Pedro will be held Tuesday, January 18, 2022 from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Funeraria del Angel Restlawn, 8817 Dyer, El Paso, TX 79904.
