Patsy Southard Binkley, age 88 passed away peacefully on Saturday, November 25th, 2017. She was born on December 16,1928 in Grosvenor, Texas to Frank and Kathleen Southard. Patsy was a long time resident of El Paso and a member of Scotsdale Baptist Church. She is proceeded in death by her husband Byrl and her infant son, Gary. She is survived by her son David Offutt and his wife Mary, her daughters Sheila Vidaurri and her husband John, Kathy Borunda and her husband Danny. She is also survived by her 8 grandchildren, John Vidaurri Jr, Jeana Vidaurri, Christopher Offutt, Melissa Offutt, Stephanie Offutt Webb, Daniel Offutt, Torie Borunda and Sidney Borunda. Also survived by her beloved Molly. Services will be at 10 a.m. on Monday, December 4, 2017 at Scotsdale Baptist Church. Interment will be at 11:00 am at Evergreen Cemetery East. Services under the direction of Hillcrest Funeral Home, 1060 North Carolina Dr. 598-3332.
