He was preceded in death by his wife, Helena. He served his country in World War II, U.S Navy, USS Mississippi, worked for Southern Pacific Railway, retired from US Immigration and Naturalization Service.
He is survived by his children: Paul R. Garcia, Elizabeth R. Garcia, Robert R. Garcia (Maria Garcia), and Linda Cochran (David Cochran).
He is also survived by his grandchildren: Christopher Garcia, Matthew Garcia, Robert D. Garcia, Helena Bustamante (David Bustamante), Manuel Garcia, Amanda Lopez, (Janet Lopez) Andres Murillo (Cynthia)
Visitation for Mr. Garcia will be Wednesday August 31, 2022 from 6pm - 8pm at Funeraria Del Angel Restlawn, 8817 Dyer St. El Paso TX 79904. Graveside service will be Thursday September 1, 2022 at 10:30am at Restlawn Memorial Park Cemetery, 8700 Dyer St. El Paso, TX 79904
