OSCAR GARCIA OCHOA gar - 82, passed away in El Paso on March 24, 2014. He was born in Mexico on December 7, 1931, the son of Juan Ochoa and Manuela Garcia. Oscar is survived by his wife Yolanda M. Ochoa; children: Oscar Jr., Ricardo, and Eduardo Ochoa, Elia Ortiz, Leticia Glenn, Laura Tarango, and Yolanda O. Galvan; brother: Juan Ochoa; sister: Elva Yildirim; 15 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. Visitation: 5:00 to 9:00 p.m. March 27, 2014 at Hillcrest Funeral Home-Carolina with a Vigil Service at 7:00 p.m. Funeral Mass will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday, March 28, 2014 at St. Stephen Catholic Church. Interment to follow at 11:30 a.m. at Fort Bliss National Cemetery.
