Ofelia Terrazas

Ofelia Terrazas, 86, went home to be with the Lord on April 18, 2016. She was a lifelong resident of El Paso, Texas. She was a graduate of Austin High School and Texas Western College (UTEP), where she was a Golddiger. She was a hard- working, caring teacher with the El Paso Independent School District for over 40 years. She loved to sing and was a member of a singing group. Indeed, she touched the hearts of so many others- not only her students, but all the adults she came in contact with. She was preceded in death by her husband of ten years, Rosendo Terrazas. She is survived by her son, Raoul Armagnac, Jr., daughter Michelle Sapien (husband Eugene) and granddaughters Naomi Flores (husband Hector) and Leah Campos, great granddaughters Alice and her soon to be sister. The only surviving sibling is Jesus Rodriguez (wife Norma). She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She is a devoted lover of the Lord Jesus Christ and a member of Old Paths Christian Church. We would like to thank them for all their loving support during her recent illness. We would also like to thank Cielo Vista and MacArthur Schools for everything. We rejoice with all the angels at her Homecoming. Visitation will be from 5:00pm to 9:00pm Friday, April 22, 2016 at Martin Funeral Home Central with a 7:00pm prayer service. Graveside will be at 12:00 pm , Saturday, April 23, 2016 at Evergreen East Cemetery.
