Natividad Beltran Perez, 92 of El Paso, Texas, passed away on Thursday, January 21, 2016 with family by her side. She was born September 2, 1923 in Socorro, Texas to Leonardo and Cleotilde Beltran. She grew up in Socorro, Texas and was married to Alfonso Perez.
Mrs. Perez is survived by her Brothers; Juan and Beto. Children; Angela, Tani, Alberto, Penny, Rosalia, Arturo, Antonio, Adolfo, Alicia, Carlos, and Norma. 32 grandchildren, 58 great-grandchildren, and 14 great-great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents Leonardo and Cleotilde. Brother Antonio; Sisters; Francisca and Rosa; Husband: Alfonso, Sons; Jose and Alfredo, Grandchild; Alberto.
Natividad, also lovingly known as, Nati, Pachala, Mama, Abuela, Abuelita, Grandma, Mama-Abuelita, among others was a very caring and loving person. She put the needs of others before her own. She was quick with a smile and a laugh. Some of her favorite things were candy, the Dallas Cowboys, novelas, fresh flowers, and mint chocolate chip ice cream.
Natividad devoted much of her time and energy as a caregiver to family members. Her husband passed away so for most of her life she was a single mother. She made clothes and always had food for her children. Family was her passion. She was a simple woman that had simple treasures - one of those being a treasure of family photos that surrounded her at home. This was all evidence of a full life filled with the simplest and most important treasure of all - LOVE.
The family wishes to thank all who loved and cared for her.
Visitation will be Sunday, January 24, 20016 from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Hillcrest Funeral Home-Doniphan with Vigil Service at 7:00 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be Monday, January 25, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. St. Francis of Assisi, 5750 Doniphan. Rite of Committal will be in Memory Gardens of the Valley Cemetery, 4900 McNutt Road, Santa Teresa, New Mexico.
Pallbearers will be Alberto Perez, Arturo Perez, Antonio Perez, Adolfo Perez, Carlos Perez, and Fernie Perez.
