Miguel "Mike" Contreras Jr., beloved husband, went to his heavenly home on Friday Oct. 20, 2023. Mike was a long time resident of El Paso, graduated from Jefferson High School and was a U.S. Army veteran who proudly served his country.
He is survived by his wife, Mary E. Contreras; daughters, Veronica Ramirez and Monica Huerta; his many grandchildren; sister, Elvira Ponce; brother, Jorge Contreras (Isidra); and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, November 1, 2023, from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM with a vigil at 7:00 PM at Funeraria Del Angel Central, 3839 Montana Ave. Funeral mass will be held on Thursday, November 2nd at 11:30 AM at Santo Nino De Atocha Catholic Church with interment to follow in Fort Bliss National Cemetery at 1:00 PM with military honors.
He will be missed and impossible to forget. Thank so much for the condolences.
