Mary Louise Muckelroy

Mary Louise (Whittenton) Muckelroy of El Paso, Texas went to be with her Lord and Savior on November 4, 2017. Preceded in death by husband Alfred Muckelroy; Daughter Konnie Barry; and brother Jesse Whittenton; Louise is survived by sons David, Gary (Sherlynn), daughter Karoll (Willy) Tolentino and sister Bobbie Jean Thompson; 8 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.

Born to Urshell and Vivian (Ritter) Whittenton on March 3, 1930 in Tahoka, Texas, Louise moved with family to El Paso at an early age. She graduated from Ysleta High School and worked for Mountain Bell Telephone as an operator and various other capacities until her retirement in 1979. A devoted supportive, hard working wife and mother Louise loved church, travel with family and friends, doll collecting, crafts and sewing. She cherished her relationships with staff and residents at the Bartlett Assisted Living Facility and appreciated the nurturing care provided by AM Hospice.
