Born in Oxnard California, she was the daughter of Joe P. Carrasco (deceased) and Nellie Sanchez Carrasco. She is survived by her eight brothers and one sister. Brothers: Bobby Carrasco, Ricky (and Becky) Carrasco, Danny Carrasco, Charlie (and Grace) Carrasco, Joe-Ray (and Rosie) Carrasco, Michael (and Mari) Carrasco, John (and Betty) Carrasco, David (and Raquel) Carrasco. Sister: Theresa Estrada (and Frank Estrada). Step-son: Angel A. Gonzalez III. She lovingly cared for 25 nieces and nephews, which gave her the greatest joy. She was a loving godmother to Shovan Carrasco, Pamela Robles, Amanda Estrada, Brianna Carrasco, Cesar A. Gonzalez and Emigdio A. Gonzalez.
She had recently retired from University Medical Center Pharmacy as a Pharmaceutical Technician. She truly loved her job and her fellow co-workers.
Mary Helen was a member of St. Mark’s Catholic church. She will always be remembered for her thoughtfulness, caring consideration and devotion to her family. She always remembered everyone’s birthdays, and celebrated holidays in the biggest and most beautiful way. She was a very generous person whose personality and hospitality were always the warmest and most inviting.
She will be dearly missed and will live in our hearts forever.
The funeral services will be Wednesday, November 10th, 2021. Rosary will be held at 11:00am at Hillcrest Funeral Home 1060 N. Carolina Dr. Mass at 12:30pm - St. Marks Catholic Church 11700 Pebble Hills Blvd. Burial at Mt. Carmel Cemetery - 401 S. Zaragoza Rd. El Paso, Texas 79907
