Maria G. Ortiz, 90, passed away on January 30, 2016 in El Paso, Texas. She was born on April 11, 1925 in Mexico to Jose D. Briones & Herlinda Flores. She is survived by her son: Roberto M. Ortiz; daughter: Rose G. Deihl; brother: Jesus Briones; sisters: Estella Estrada, Julie Quezada; 4 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren & 1 great-great-grandchild. Visitation will be from 5:00 to 9:00 pm on Thursday, February 4, 2016 at Hillcrest Funeral Home-Carolina with a Vigil Service at 7:00 pm. Funeral Mass will be at 8:15 am on Friday, February 5, 2016 at Cristo Rey Catholic Church.
