Maria T Escandon

Maria Teresa "Terry" Escandon beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother was called home to rest November 10 2023. She is survived by her husband of 57 years Carlos "Charlie" Escandon, children Charles (Natalie), Samuel, Jo Ann (Andy), Tracy (David), Valerie (Fernando), grandchildren Jacob, Nicholas, Matthew, Alexys, Cameron, Andrew, Rebecca, Allison, Marco, Andrew, and 5 great grandchildren. Terry was a lifelong resident of El Paso and a proud El Paso High graduate. She worked at Farah, Levi Strauss, Thunderbird Lanes, and was a long time volunteer for the Mount Cristo Rey restoration committee. She enjoyed listening to oldies, dancing, seek and find word puzzles, and was the best gift and card giver. Our Lord has taken her home and has left us with many wonderful memories. She will be greatly missed.

Visitation will be Monday November 27,2023 from 6pm to 9pm with a rosary at 7pm at Hillcrest Funeral Home West 5054 Doniphan Dr. Funeral service will be Tuesday November 28, 2023 at 11:30am at Santa Teresita church 3401 Zapal Ave 79922 followed by burial at Ft. Bliss National Cemetery 5200 Fred Wilson Ave 79906.
