Maria Alvarado, age 93, of El Paso, TX passed away peacefully on Sunday, April 6, 2025. She was born in Cd. Chihuahua, Mexico on August 14, 1931. She was a devoted loving wife to her husband, Victor T. Alvarado, who stood by his side throughout their 69 years of marriage. Dedicated mother to eight, who took pride and joy in raising her children. Always made time to ensure they had a healthy, secured, happy loving home and would welcome you with a smile.
She is survived by her eight children: Victor, Lupe, Jose, Rick, Elvia, Silvia, Gloria, and Lydia; ten grandchildren: Yesenia, Frankie, Veronica, Isabel, Danny, Vanessa, Christina, Erika, Stephen, and Selena; sixteen great-grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 5:00 pm to 9:00 PM on Wednesday, April 9, 2025, at Funeraria Del Angel – Evergreen East, 12400 E. Montana Ave., El Paso 79938 with Rosary/Vigil service at 7:00 PM.
Mass of Christian Burial will be at 12:00 PM on Thursday, April 10, 2025, at St. Raphael Catholic Church, 2301 Zanzibar Rd., El Paso 79925 with 1:30 PM Committal/Interment service to follow at Evergreen Cemetery East, also located at 12400 E. Montana Ave., El Paso 79938.
Maria Alvarado falleció el Domingo, 6 de Abril de 2025 a la edad de 93 años. A Maria le sobreviven sus hijos, Víctor Alvarado, Joe Alvarado, y Rick Alvarado; hijas, Lupe Aranibar, Elvia Esparza, Silvia Moore, Gloria Avila, y Lydia Camacho; 10 nietos; 16 bisnietos; 2 tataranietos.
Velación se llevará a cabo el miércoles 9 de Abril del 2025 con el rosario a las 7 p.m. en Funeraria Del Angel Evergreen, 12400 Montana, El Paso, TX 79938.
Misa fúnebre será el Jueves 9 de Abril a las 12 p.m. en la Iglesia Católica St. Raphael, 2301 Zanzibar Rd, El Paso, TX 79925, seguido por su inhumación a la 1:30 p.m. en el cementerio Evergreen East.
