Manuel is survived by his wife, Elizabeth A. Villarreal; his daughter Idalia Villarreal.

Manuel was preceded in death by his daughter Christina Villarreal.

Manuel is also survived by his 4 grandchildren Joshua Lozano, Bruce Blea, Logan Blea, Jack Blea and his 2 sisters Martha Mcclelon and Norma Martinez.

Manuel will be laid to rest in Fort Bliss National Cemetery, 5200 Fred Wilson Ave, Fort Bliss, Texas 79906.
