Manuel V. Vasquez

With great sadness, we are writing to let you know that our beloved Manuel V. Vasquez passed away. Surrounded by family, on June 24, 2017 Manuel heard the calling from our Lord and accepted His calling peacefully. He was a Loving and inspiring Husband, father, and grandfather to his wife Elisa Elvia, daughters Elvia, Norma, Margie, son Manny, and grandchildren Rafael Castro Jr, Denise Castro, Joey Soto Karla Vasquez, Lizbeth Vasquez, Amanda Vasquez, Joshua Soto, Victoria Fletcher, Kaitlyn Fletcher, and Ryan Fletcher. He was born in Delicias, Chihuahua in 1942 but called El Paso home, where he lived Most of his life. He had a degree in Accounting but loved truck driving, which was inspired by His late father Jose Vasquez. He always had words of encouragement for everyone and Never ceased to show Love to all those around him. He loved swimming and he loved Baseball. Though he will be missed Dearly, his Family rests easy in knowing he is with Our Lord and at peace. We hope you will be able to join us as we celebrate Manuel V. Vasquez’s life, and all that he meant to each of us. Visitation hours will be on Wednesday, June 28 at Evergreen East Funeral Home, 12400 E. Montana, El Paso, Tx 79938 from 5pm - 8pm.
