Manuel M. Nevarez (Guerro), 5/8/1928 – 8/21/2014. Manny went to find his peace on August 21, 2014. He was born in Santa Rita, New Mexico to Manuel and Josefa Nevarez. Manuel was a skilled watch maker and Jeweler who work for Shains Jewelry and Gordon’s Jewelry for many years. He preceeded in death by his father and mother, sister Esperanza, daughter, Isabel Truster, grandson Roddy Andrade and son Richard Nevarez. He is survived by wife of 63 years, Julieta, brother Armando (Betty), daughters, Leticia (Rodrigo) Andrade , Carmen Rogers, Armida Martinez (Ed) and son Victor (Rosie) Nevarez plus 10 grandchildren and numerous great –grandchildren. Graveside services will be held on Thursday, August 28, 2014 at 10:00 am. at Mt. Carmel Cemetery.
