Manuel Munoz, age 89, of El Paso, Texas passed away on Saturday, December 11, 2021. Manuel was born December 18, 1931 in El Paso, Texas, to Aurora Barraza Munoz and Jesus Munoz. He was a US Army veteran.
Manuel is survived by his son Marcos Munoz; his daughter Velia Munoz; extended family and friends. He was preceded in death by his wife Anastasia Munoz and his parents.
A visitation for Manuel will be held Wednesday, December 29, from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM, with Vigil at 7:00 PM, at Funeraria del Angel Central, 3839 Montana Avenue, El Paso, Texas 79903. Funeral mass will be Thursday, December 30, at 9:30 AM at St Joseph Catholic Church, 3729 Hueco Avenue, El Paso, Texas 79903. A graveside service will follow Mass Thursday, December 30, at 11:00 AM at Fort Bliss National Cemetery, 5200 Fred Wilson Avenue, Fort Bliss, Texas 79906.
