I met Mr. Gonzalez many years ago at the "Capri Theater" where friends of all of us worked. [He] was probably (21) years old, I was (20). We never became more than passing acquaintences, but I never forgot him; mostly because he was the only one of us who seemed to know what he wanted from life. I left El Paso that fall of 1969, never to return except for brief visits, but I often wonder whatever became of those young people I met "once upon a time". I'm happy to know that someone I once met loved many and was loved by even more. Please accept my heartfelt condolences for the family and friends of Mr. Gonzalez
