Luisa is survived by her husband, Ralph F. Ortiz; her son Victor Ortiz (Missi); her daughter Sylvia Greer (Arlan); her daughter Beverly Rivera (Vincente (+)); her son Ruben Ortiz; and her son Gilbert John Ortiz.
Luisa was preceded in death by her son Ralph Ortiz Jr. and her son Gilbert Ortiz.
Luisa is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren, extended family and friends who will cherish her memory.
A visitation for Luisa will be held Tuesday, April 18, 2023 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Hillcrest Funeral Home, 1060 North Carolina Dr., El Paso, Texas 79915. A prayer service will occur Tuesday, April 18, 2023 at 7:00 PM, 1060 North Carolina Dr., El Paso, Texas 79915. A funeral service will occur Wednesday, April 19, 2023 at 9:00 AM, 1060 North Carolina Dr., El Paso, Texas 79915. An interment will occur Wednesday, April 19, 2023 at 10:30 AM at Fort Bliss National Cemetery, 5200 Fred Wilson Ave, Fort Bliss, Texas 79906.
Serving as pallbearers are Vincente Cristoval Rivera, Austin Daniel Ortiz, Victor Daniel Ortiz, Jonathan Calderon, Arlan Joshua Greer and Raul Chacon.
