Luisa M Garcia

Luisa García died peacefully at her home on July 19, 2017 at the age of 95. She was born

August 18, 1921 in El Paso, Texas to Mariano and Micaela Muñoz. Luisa was predeceased by

her husband Arturo, her sons Arturo Jr. and Roberto and her daughter María Asunción. She is

survived by her sister Guadalupe Muñoz; her children Yolanda Loera and her husband Oscar,

Herlinda Juarez, Margarita Flores and her husband Edgar, Mary Lou Bejarano and her husband

Orlando, Joe García and his wife Linda, Toni Mena and her husband Orlando, and Martha

Coonrod and her husband John; seventeen grandchildren; twenty-two great-grandchildren; and

seven great-great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held on Friday, July 28, 2017 from

5:00-7:00 P.M. followed by a Rosary at 7:00 P.M. at Martin Funeral Home West, 128 N. Resler.

A Memorial Mass will be held on Saturday, July 29, 2017 at 11:00 A.M. at Queen of Peace

Catholic Church, 1551 Belvidere. Our sincere thanks go to her wonderful caregivers Lupe, Yoli,

And Quica, and to Marybeth and Jojo of La Mariposa Hospice. We also want to express our
