Luis Bernardo “Louie” Tinoco Sr., 56, of El Paso passed away peacefully August 18, 2020.
He was born to the late Bernardo and Celestina Tinoco, November 2, 1963. A graduate of Cathedral High School and received a bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Texas at El Paso. He married the love of his life Leticia Tinoco of 32 years and built a remarkable life together in El Paso.
Our amazing father was a loving husband, a loyal friend, and was known for his love of sports as he inflicted his love of baseball to everyone he knew. He was an outstanding player in his youth leading up to high school and was also an incredible coach. He was passionate about winning but even more passionate about inspiring those he coached to reach their full potential on and off the field. As a true family man, he loved his family unconditionally, loved to be surrounded by his loved ones, and take family vacations.
Left to cherish his memory is his wife of 32 years Leticia Tinoco, daughter; Veronica Tinoco (Daniel) of El Paso, Texas, Sons Luis Bernardo Tinoco Jr (Stephanie) of El Paso Texas, Joseph Matthew Tinoco, Marco Anthony Tinoco, and two grandchildren Nathan Giovanni Tinoco and Camila Arya Tinoco.
