Luis Carlos Payan, age 83, of El Paso, Texas passed away on Wednesday, November 23, 2022.

Luis is survived by his children Luis Carlos Payan Jr. (Caroline), Lupita Esqueda (Javier +), Ricardo Payan (Norma), Gabriel Payan, and Irene Garcia (Josue).

Luis was preceded in death by his wife Irene G Payan.

Luis also leaves 10 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren to cherish his memory.

A Visitation for Luis will be held Tuesday, December 6, 2022 from 5:00pm to 9:00pm at Hillcrest Funeral Home, 1060 North Carolina Dr., El Paso, Texas 79915 with a Prayer Service beginning at 7:00pm. An Interment will occur Wednesday, December 7, 2022 at 11:00am at Evergreen Cemetery East, 12400 East Montana, El Paso, Texas 79938.
