A funeral mass for Luis will be held Friday, October 11, 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at Our Lady of the Valley Catholic Church, 8600 Winchester Rd, El Paso, TX 79907. Following the funeral mass will be a graveside from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at Mt Carmel Cemetery, 401 S Zaragoza Rd, El Paso, TX 79907.
