Visitation for Luis will be held Thursday, December 19, 2024 from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm, with a Funeral service at 12:30 PM, at Funeraria Del Angel Central, 3839 Montana Ave, El Paso, Texas 79903, Interment will follow directly after at Restlawn Memorial Park, 4848 Alps Dr, El Paso, TX 79904.
