Larry Garcia, age 72 entered into eternal rest on Saturday, December 2, 2023 in El Paso, TX. He was a loving son, husband, father and grandfather. Larry is preceded in death by his parents Celia Garcia, Manuel Garcia and his brother Manny Garcia. He is survived by his loving wife Patricia and his daughters Veronica Garcia (Rick) and Lori Rivero (David); His sister Magdalena San Roman and brother Tony Garcia; His dearest grandchildren whom he loved very much, Aiden Wardy, Shelby Rivero and Austin Rivero.
Larry was a pharmaceutical representative for Merck for 35 years. He was a volunteer with the Sun Bowl Media Host Committee, The Rotary Club and the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce for many years. Over the last 2 years, he truly enjoyed substitute teaching at Eastwood High School. He was a dedicated fan of the Dallas Cowboys, New York Yankees, Texas Longhorns, UTEP Miners and the Eastwood Troopers. Every year, he took much pride in displaying his Eastridge home over the holidays.
We will carry Larry in our hearts forever and have comfort in knowing that he is with our Lord.
A memorial mass for Lorenzo will be held Friday, December 29, 2023 at 10:00 AM at St Joseph Catholic Church, 3729 Hueco Ave, El Paso, Texas 79903.
