Kathryn Boyd Anderson

Kathryn Boyd Anderson, 1/28/1934 to 10/23/2012, born in Austin, Texas to Frank and Gussie Boyd. Surviving family members are husband Walter, son Chris and daughter- in – law Kayla, grandson Myles deceased, daughter Cherie, and granddaughter Candace. She was a long term member of Scotsdale Baptist Church and choir member. She was an officer of Rainbow girls, and a member of the Phi Mu fraternity at U. T. Austin. She was employed at El Paso Natural Gas Company as executive secretary for 17 years. She worked together with church friends providing quilts to the mission in Colonia Esperanza and soup for the sick and less fortunate in El Paso. Married to Walter for 56 years, she spent most of her life in El Paso. They recently returned to El Paso from Ruidoso where they were members of First Baptist Church. In lieu of gifts or flowers, please send donations to Goodwill Industries of El Paso. Funeral Service will be 10:00 am Saturday, October 27, 2012 at Scotsdale Baptist Church.
