Josh worked at EPCC and for the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department where he received his nickname Ranger Joe.
His two brother's, Pete and Daniel Santillan, preceded him in death.
He is survived by his loving wife of 35 years, Irma T. Santillan. He is survived by his son, Joshua G. Santillan and his life partner, Xerxes Wolff. He leaves behind his daughter, Genesis L. Santillan and son-in-law, Erik Jimenez and his beautiful grandchildren, Amri J. Jimenez, Erik Jimenez, Jr.. and Joshua J. Jimenez. He is survived by his parents, Maria and Pedro Santillan and his siblings, David Santillan, Estela Villarreal, Ruth Santos, Sarita Riley, Rosa Aguilar, Rachel Porch, and Yolie Leeder.
Memorial Service will be held on Friday, March 2, 2012 at 5:00 pm with Rosary to proceed at 7:00 pm. Mass will be held on Saturday, March 3, 2012 at 11:00 am at St. Stephen: Deacon and Martyr Catholic Church, 1700 George Dieter.
