SALAZAR Jose H. Salazar 81 passed away September 6, 2012, born in El Paso, TX August 13, 1931. Served his country in the U.S. Air Force during the Korean Conflict, worked for Southern Pacific Railroad for 35 ½ years as a Carman and Car foreman. Preceded in death by parents Antonio and Josefa Salazar, brother Antonio (Washin) Salazar, wife of 52 years Consuelo Salazar. He is survived by daughters Sandra Salazar, Sylvia Zamora (Robert), sons; Jose Salazar Jr. (Vera), Fernando Jesus Salazar, grandchildren Nicholas Caraveo (Nikki), Stephanie Macias (Juan), Robert Michael Zamora, Andrea Zamora, Michelle Renee Salazar, Stephen Joseph Salazar, Michael AnthonySalazar, Fernie Benjamin Salazar, 8 great grandchildren, nephew Antonio Salazar Jr. Pallbearers Jose Salazar Jr., Fernando Salazar, Stephen Salazar, Robert M. Zamora, Robert Zamora Jr., Nick Caraveo. Visitation will be held from 5pm to 9pm Monday, September 10, 2012 at Martin Funeral Home Central with a 7pm vigil. Funeral Mass will be held at 9:45 am Tuesday, September 11, 2012 at Santo Nino de Atocha. Interment will follow at Ft. Bliss National Cemetery.
