Jose Renteria

Jose Renteria, 81, of El Paso, Texas, passed away September 6, 2018. He was born in Juarez, Chihuahua, Mexico on January 7, 1937. He was married to Eva Olga Renteria on August 15, 1959. Jose worked in construction as a self employed contractor. He was a member of St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church and had a passion for music and sports. He was survived by his children; Patricia Gardea, Georgina Loya, Andres Renteria, Jesus Renteria, Mike Renteria, Ricardo Renteria, grandchildren; Erik, Isaac, Chris, Ian, Chuyito +, Michele, Karisa, Mikael, Julie, Amanda, Jose (Jojo), brothers; Jesus Renteria, Roberto Renteria, Salvador Renteria and sister, Graciela Renteria. Visitation will be held from 5:00pm to 8:00pm, Sunday, September 9, 2018 at Hillcrest Funeral Home, 5054 Doniphan Dr., El Paso, TX 79932. Funeral Mass will be at 10:00am at St. Francis of Assisi on Monday, September 10, 2018. Interment to follow at Memory Gardens of the Valley Cemetery in Santa Teresa, NM.
