Jose A. Ortiz, 81 born in San Juan, Puerto Rico passed away June 27, 2017 in El Paso Texas. He was a disabled veteran having served in the ARMY for 10 years and worked for the El Paso Water Utilities. He is survived by his wife Luz Maria Ortiz, sons, Jose Jr. and Luis, daughters, Carmen and Aida, 11 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be June 29th from 5-9PM with the Vigil at 7PM at Kaster-Maxon and Futrell Funeral Home 8817 Dyer. Funeral Mass will be June 30th at 9:45AM at Most Holy Trinity. Burial to follow at Fort Bliss National Cemetery.
