Jose is survived by his siblings; Jesse Morales, Juan Morales, Frank Morales and Martha Rosario Miranda.
The visitation for Jose will be held Wednesday, March 31, 2021 from 3:00 p.m to 7:00 p.m with the rosary at 5:00 p.m. Hillcrest Funeral Home - West, 5054 Doniphan Drive, El Paso, TX 79932.
