Jose is survived by his daughter Nicolette Arguelle; his sister 1; his common-in-law Yvonne Vasquez, his grandchild 3 and his brothers 2`.

A visitation for Jose will be held Thursday, December 28, 2023 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Martin Funeral Home East, 1460 George Dieter Drive, El Paso, TX 79936. Following the visitation will be a graveside service from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at Mt. Carmel Cemetery, 401 S. Zaragoza Rd., El Paso, TX 79907.
