I heard someone say life is a series of losses but losses create lessons and lessons create blessings.

Thank you Nino for the very early morning phone calls on my birthday to remind me the zoo keeper was out looking for us. For taking me to Vegas, for allowing Cameron and I to live with you while I figured life out. Thank you for the time we shared walking down to high ridge. For being an example of a hard worker, for always helping others, for sometimes being stubborn but a funny man. Most of all Thank you for letting us help you when you needed us. 

Seeing everyone that attended your services today goes to show I’m not the only one that had lesson learned from you. 

Nino Turns out you are our blessing.

And I thank God for the time we shared with you. I will miss you and thank you for agreeing to be my Godfather.

Brother-in-law, Joe Cowboy Carrasco, we will miss you dearly. We will always remember sitting around the table inside or outside, listening to your stories, jokes, or words of wisdom. You always shared yourself with others, to help them with any problems they might have...whether to fix an appliance or just to fix their mood and put a smile on their face.  And even when you went through your own illness and hardships, you never failed to keep a smile on your face and keep others smiling and laughing. Joe you helped so many people... you are still an inspiration to us all.

We are sure God smiled upon you when he took you home and said, "Joe, job well done. I'm proud of you my son."

We loved you when you were with us, and will always love and remember you. Rest in peace brother.

Joe Carrasco was a very good friend a friend that you would like to have I worked with Joe Carrasco at Sears for many years he was our lead technician  until he retired throughout the years Joe would call us just to see how we’re doing he was a very kind hearted person, Joe Carrasco was also a diehard Dallas cowboy fan we would talk about our teams when they would play against each other and last year when Green Bay made the playoffs,I remember telling Joe at least The Packers made it this far win or lose. but to everyone’s surprise including myself  and joe The Packers pulled it off they won I remember Joe saying you guys did good for a young team, but now you guys get the 49ers and that team is going to be hard to Beat, will we lost that game. Joe I will miss our conversations about our teams competing against each other and other teams……rest in peace my friend Joe Cowboy…………Your friend Frank Sandoval
