Since the day I met Jessica, Jordan, and Brookie at an event my sister Maria Schaffino held, we clicked.  I had the pleasure of becoming her "stepmother" when she was pregnant with Elisa..a joke which carried on till the day she left us. When we spoke last year and she told me about her stomach issues I never thought it was serious. The day she called me and told me she was diagnosed with Chrones, my heart sank.  Then came the trip and hospitalization in El Salvador where she was diagnosed with Lupus and my heart broke for her. She never was negative, she always said positive things like "well if I had ..it would be worse" always smiled and joked. Jessica you left a mark in "Papa" Lorenzo, Sergio, Aidyl, and my life that will be unforgettable. Yesterday was a hard day for us but I had never seen Sergio so emotional as I did in your services..at one point his emotions were uncontrollable.. he is a young man of few words but now you know how much you meant to him and all of us! Save me a spot so when I get there we can finish where we left off .. love you always 😘

From the first moment I met you and Jordan I knew you all would be my life long friends and family. We have shared so many memories together and I can’t count the times we’ve all laughed until we cried, the nights we would stay up talking about life and our futures, and the messes we would make trying to teach you to cook (Jordan you can take credit for those lessons 😘). Even when I moved away you were always there for me. You became my sister, my best friend and that will never change. All you ever wanted in this life was to be a good wife and mom and you have been so amazing in both. You may have left this earth but I know we will meet again in heaven someday soon. I love you sis

You were the girl with the beautiful teeth. The girl that would join me in all of my college adventures. The one that would sit in a parking spot to hold it for me while I made my way to school, even if people honked at you! The girl with the amped-up loud car.    My beautiful friend, you left to soon.  You will truly be missed.  May you rest in peace my deepest condolences to your family. May your family find the strength, peace, and serenity. I love you my friend.
